Peel Dufferin – Caledon Hills
On Sunday, June 25, hundreds of cyclists will take to the Caledon Hills for Ride Don’t Hide, a community bike ride and fundraiser for the Canadian Mental Health Association Peel Dufferin. Over 300 cyclists and families are expected to tackle 4 picturesque cycling routes in Caledon to raise awareness, fight stigma, and support CMHA Peel Dufferin’s youth mental health and awareness programs.
Date: Sunday, June 25, 2017
Location: All routes will leave from the Lloyd Wilson Centennial Arena (15551 McLaughlin Road, Inglewood, ON L7C 1J5). The closest major intersection is McLaughlin Road and Olde Base Line Road.

The old adage, the more the merrier, has never been more true than at Ride Don’t Hide! Invite your friends, family, and colleagues to register and ride alongside you for this amazing community bike ride. We promise the more people you bring, the more fun you’ll have!
- Registration: $55.00 including sweat-wicking, tech t-shirt
- Late Registration: $75.00 on June 24th and 25th
- Kids Ride Free: Children’s t-shirts available for $12.00.

Routes and maps: Ride along on one of our four scenic routes throughout the Caledon Hills designed to accommodate cyclists of all skill levels. Take a look at the GPS maps of our routes and view important information such as elevation, satellite imagery and more.
- 100 Km Ride: Century Challenge– A challenging ride for experienced cyclists with steep climbs and fast downhills combined with the picturesque scenery that is uniquely Ontario.
- 50 Km Ride: Caledon Challenge– A challenging route offering intermediate cyclists an opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the hills of Caledon
- 25 Km Ride: Caledon Quarter-A novice-friendly route. If you prefer a ride on the road and not the trail and have never participated in a ride before, this one is for you.
- 20 Km Ride: Family Friendly Trail Ride- A traffic-free ride suitable for all ages and abilities along the beautiful Trans Canada Trail System. Lots to see and do as your family explores this trail system. Don’t forget to stop and smell the flowers.

Food and beverages: Breakfast and lunch are generously provided by Four Corners Bakery in Caledon.
Entertainment: Fitness expert, Christina Tonello of CTX Fitness, will guide cyclists through a group warm-up and stretching exercises to help prepare you for a fun and injury-free ride. Upon your return you will get to enjoy stretching with Creative Soul Yoga and a BBQ lunch. Children’s entertainment is also available courtesy of the Mississauga Steelheads community event team.
