The City of Hamilton has operated Dundurn Castle for over 100 years. On Saturday, June 17th 1967, the museum officially reopened it’s doors to a crowd of more than 3,000 spectators to celebrate the newly restored “Castle.” Saturday June 17, 2017 marks the 50th anniversary as a historic house Museum.
