Headwaters Hospital will be hosting the 3rd annual cycle event through the picturesque hills of Caledon this upcoming September 16th at 7:00 am till 11:00 pm. The event starts at the Inglewood Arena and afterward there is a BBQ at Caledon Hills Cycling. Usually there are about 200 riders and 30 of them are CCC members.
This fundraising ride for cyclists of all abilities was created to support the $16 million Commitment to Care Campaign for Headwaters Health Care Centre and is dedicated to the memory of community member and avid cyclist, Paula Coats.
Choose a 101.5K or 50K Road Route or a 25K Family Friendly Trail Route. The club will also offer a longer MTB route to its members.
The fundraising goal for this year is $50,000 which will be designated for the purchase of medical equipment.
