Inglewood Day is tomorrow, June 15th! Here’s all the details you need to know and a list of events, directly from the Village of Inglewood Association:
- If you are wanting to participate in the parade and you have “Primped” your lawn gear, please arrive at the Community Centre at 9:45am. The parade will start at 10am SHARP.
- Please bring cash/cheque with you if you think you will purchase something from the silent auction so you can take your prize home with you, all unpaid or unclaimed items will be posted on the website and notified through email.
- If you have any more items you’d like to donate to the silent auction or penny raffle, today is the last day.
- thank you to all the volunteers who helped out getting the day organized behind the scenes and to everyone who makes Inglewood Day possible – enjoy your community day!
The schedule for the day will be posted but here is what to expect:
9:45 – Meet at Community Centre for parade
9:30 – breakfast starts
10:00 – parade starts, information tables open, silent auction and pick-a-prize opens
11:00 – Claymore Dancers performance on stage
11:15 – bouncy castle and pitch burst opens
12:00-1:00 – Kid’s games
12:00 – BBQ opens, beer tent opens
1:30 – 2:00 – Watermelon Eating Contest
2:00 – Silent Auction and Pick-a-Prize closes
2:30 – Tug-of-War *please pick up silent auction and pick-a-prize
3:00 – Duck Race
3:30-3:45 – Live Auction
4:00 – Community Day closes
