It’s helpful to let your appraiser know what has been installed especially within the last 36 months, ie. new shed, deck, railing, lighting, floors, windows, roof etc.

If there are any infrastructure improvements within the last 24 months, these should be listed as well, ie. solar radar signs, stop signs, overhead street lighting, traffic lights, park improvements, trail-way upgrades, road widening inclusive of bike and pedestrian lanes, etc.
